We build focused software products on a lean, proven stack, launch them into real markets, and grow the ones that work. There is no scattergun of half-finished ideas - there is a repeatable process that turns out one well-made product after another, each able to stand on its own.
How we choose what to back
Once a product is live, the market tells us where to put our energy. We back what gains traction and give it room to compound. Our bar is constant: every product has to be good enough that real people pay for it - and good enough that another team would want to own it.
How we build
Vanilla HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Serverless functions. Off-the-shelf payments, email, and AI. The same patterns power every product, so each build is faster and cleaner than the last. No large team, no outside capital, no technical debt we did not choose.
On acquisitions
Selling is not the goal - quality is. Because every product is built to run without us, it stays healthy and keeps its options open. When another team is better placed to take a product further, an acquisition is a good outcome for everyone, and proof the work was worth owning.
